A modified carbon PWRPLATE provides propulsive energy return and efficient toe-offs while maintaining the control needed for gym-floor movements.

The outsole features expanded, deeper PUMAGRIP rubber coverage for superior durability and aggressive traction, including enhanced turf grip for sled work and lateral transitions. Wider platform geometries increase inherent stability for push, pull, and carry exercises.
